Elena Nikolaevna Naimushina is a Russian painter, graphic artist, sculptor and art director, a member of the Russian Union of Artists, living and working in Moscow and regarded as one of representatives of the Russian School of Painting.
In 2010 Elena Nikolaevna graduated from the Ural Federal University with the thesis "Nonverbal communication in Japanese culture", painted during the artist's journeys in South East Asia. In 2007 she began to participate in Art Exhibitions and Competitions.
Elena Nikolaevna paints portraits, genre paintings, landscapes, still life, sketches from life. She works in acrylic painting, oil painting, and watercolors. Her first personal exhibition was in 2013 in Thailand.
In 2010-2016 Naimushina travelled in Asia and created big series of paintings and sketches on the theme of the East. Subsequently the leading theme of her work became the image of women to be disclosed primarily in the genre of portrait.
Over the years, she has combined her creative activities with pedagogical work, teaching at a Summer camp for kids in Yekaterinburg, and in Art School in Moscow.
Paintings by Elena Nikolaevna Naimushina are in art museums and private collections in Russia, France, Italy, Thailand, Indonesia and in other countries.
