My work considers the relationship of the social world to the private, psychological one. I like to create characters evolving in absurd situations to explore environmental and emotional reactions, and the evolving process of being a person. While my practice is mainly focused on experimental video, it also extends through various fields, including, sculpture, drawing, painting, installation, photography, and acting.Whenever I approach a medium l use the mindset of a sculptor or a dancer. This allows me to question notions of weight, speed, distance and gravity. The results vary, but the process of thinking is the same. The rest of the inspiration comes from reading, dreams, my surroundings and the people that populate these spaces, their situation and mystery. My work is like visual poems with no head or tail. They are pieces of an incomplete puzzle, leaving enough room for imagination.
