My works often explore the realm of spirituality with an awareness and sensitivity to various contemporary constitutions. This exploration is often accompanied by an extant urge to reconcile seemingly opposing forces and elements that often result in my works antithetic plays of ideas and metaphors, for example "appearance" versus "content", "beautiful"versus "repulsive" and "illusion" versus "reality." One one hand I uses the pictorial formation and reversal to genteelly touch upon the question of ideology, personal or social, one the other hand I consider painting as minimalistic vehicle to carry out evidences that speak of the spirit of current being.
