I love Halos and glows of light . both technological and traditional . i combine visits to and from time-scapes with a process-driven abstraction .for this i use a flux of mediums from Holograms of Anaglyph CG 3d models to Natural pigment Painting on studio made Paper . usually story or subject remains the same. ”Ordinary Existence” . On another split moment, i glorify that experience with a found extraordinary visual language which have all the bells and whistles to highlight the “mundane”.
I always used to wonder about a painter’s ability in adding halos to everything around him.. from people to events..
In my daily experience i see people getting glorified or people drowning to oblivion only because of the stereotypical nature of popular culture. I don't believe in the critique of that stereoscopic society, rather i would emulate same in some of my artistic process. I believe i am a storyteller about that process of my art. Often using forms to talk about the formless..using formless to talk about flow of the thought..flow of the light.. ; One who uses a poetic language for telling stories about how i make my art and how i make my space through that.. without thinking about the burden that creates on top of existing body of artistic archival knowledge,I take sensibilities of contemporary popular culture and interpret its “halo making - ability” with my visual - poetic expression. like a typical timeless folk song singer of INDIA .. who uses “the visible” to make people guide through his “plan”, a plan for me to survive .. a plan to live.. rather than engaging too much myself in discoursing about the truth or ultimate salvation, I make my illusionistic visual -folk songs …
