a Cultural Knowledge Worker concerned with the Development question and its discourses … a consequence of which - necessarily - is the insistence upon a requirement for contextualised designs of strategies for the rational, sustainable provisioning of society’s such human needs… as the material, socio-cultural, psycho-spiritual… this obviously meaning with the un-coerced self-participation of individual members of a society.
