Scientists' application of micro level "swarm" behavior is applied to the macro scale of human behavior as your minute detailing forms a larger work and a much larger study. To me, this is reminiscent of Da Vinci's sketches, contemplating the inner workings of unexplored larger mechanisms. The tools, graphed toroid, books, and computer are pieces indicative of the progress and study. I admire the intricate detail work; this etching is stunning.
