Celebrations

My works are inspired by the spirit of celebrations because holidays have the potential to unite people through positive emotions. I have a strong desire to show the positive side of our world to everybody. In my works I try to convey the spirit of celebrations through bright colors and a warm palette to make the viewers feel the contentment of celebrating.

I am particularly inspired by the symbolic meanings of Slavic holidays. Russians, Ukrainians, Belorussians, Poles and other Slavic people have common culture and common traditions, most of which originate from paganism and have been preserved to this day, emphasizing the importance of our roots.

Through my works I intend to embody a sense of closeness between humans and nature to show life as unburdened by globalization and rapid technological progress. We live in such a rapid world that sometimes does not give people the opportunity to be closer to nature, to feel sincere joy and happiness. But holidays are those moments that transfer beauty through the purest and sincerest emotions of experiences and pleasure.
